The final Mac OS X update for 2012, Pretty Good Solitaire Mac Edition version 2.40, is now available.
This update includes adds 25 new games, bringing the total to 400. The new games are Admiral's Patience, Arabella, Aragonese Patience, Athena, Barney's Spider, Big Harp, Book Scorpion, Carre Napoleon, Ceiling Fan, Demonthief, Double Jane, Downing Street, Eight by Five, Klondike Mini, La Nivernaise, Mount Logan, Old Carlton, Open Peek, Open Peek Cell, Quizzie, Rows of Four, Sticko, Succession, Undercover Aces Easy, and Whistler.

The Mac Edition runs on OS X version 10.4 or later - including Snow Leopard, Lion, and Mountain Lion. It does NOT run on iPads, iPhones, or iPods.
TO DOWNLOAD THE TRIAL
Download the TRIAL version of Pretty Good Solitaire Mac Edition from http://www.goodsol.com/mac/download.html . The trial version is limited to game numbers 1 to 30 of each game, while the full version has over 2 billion game numbers for each game. That means that if you could play one game per second, it would take over 27,219 years to play every deal of all of the 400 games in the full version.
TO DOWNLOAD THE FULL VERSION
If you are a paid user with the FULL version, simply run your installed full version. Go to the Internet menu (note that the menus are located at the very top of the screen with the Apple logo on the left and the date/time on the right). Select "Download Latest Version" from the Internet menu. The new version will begin downloading.
If you do not have the full version already installed, you can download from the link in your receipt email (the email you received after your order with your registration code). If you don't still have this link, email me at [email protected] to have it sent to you again.

With this version, we have reached a milestone with the Mac Edition - it now contains more than half of the games that are in the Windows version. We intend to continue adding games until the Mac version contains all of the games that are in the Windows version.
