GUIDE TO WINDOWS 10

A lot has been said, positive and negative, about WIndows 10. I find that Windows 10 is an excellent new version of Windows, but there are some default settings that should be changed for privacy and other reasons. I have posted a guide on my blog at http://blog.goodsol.com/2016/04/guide-to-windows-10.html showing the most important settings to change in Windows 10 to improve privacy and make the updates work when you want them to and not when Microsoft wants.

Pretty Good Solitaire version 16 is the first version of Pretty Good Solitaire that is not only optimized for Windows 10 but also developed in Windows 10. All of our other Windows games work in Windows 10 as well.

Also, older versions of Pretty Good Solitaire starting with version 11 and on up will work on Windows 10 (note that they will need to installed from the original setup installation file). Pretty Good Solitaire versions 7 through 10 will work on Windows 10, but will have various issues, the most important of which is that the help file will not work on Windows 10. Using versions lower than 11 on Windows 10 is not recommended.
