FEATURED GAME - ARIZONA

Arizona is an easy one deck game.

There are four foundation piles that are built up in suit from Ace to King. The game is won when all of the cards are moved here.

There are eight tableau piles. These are built down regardless of suit. Groups of cards may be moved as a unit if they are in sequence down regardless of suit. Spaces may be filled by any card. At the start of the game six cards are dealt face up to each pile.

Finally there are 16 reserve piles on either side of the tableau. Each reserve pile contains one card, available for play on the foundations or tableau. Spaces are not filled.

Note that the entire deck is dealt out face up to the tableau and reserves, making Arizona an open game, all cards visible at the start.

An average player wins Arizona about 80% of the time, but perfect or near perfect scores are very possible.
